AA&E's NELAP
accredited laboratory provides environmental testing services
for organic, inorganic, and microbiological analyses. We routinely
monitor groundwater, wastewater, and stormwater discharges
for private, municipal, and industrial clients. AA&E analyzes
solid waste and soil to meet the permitting requirements for
residual and hazardous waste disposal, beneficial use, Act
2 compliance, and “safe”/clean
fill determinations. AA&E conducts personnel air monitoring
to meet OSHA requirements, and performs air quality surveys
for commercial and residential clients.
An AA&E team leader with over 20 years of experience
first visits our clients. This on-site meeting is to assure
your sample is collected properly and represents, to the best
extent possible, the media from which it was collected. Precision
and accuracy in the laboratory can usually be taken for granted;
proper sampling cannot. One of the most common cost cutting
measures at other laboratories is the use of minimum wage
field technicians – AA&E is very aware that sampling
is the key step in obtaining meaningful data, and provides
only knowledgeable, well trained field personnel in response
to your needs. We strive to avoid the “garbage in -
garbage out” syndrome that can make laboratory results,
no matter how precise and accurate, useless for their intended
purpose.
